The ADHD Food Cycle Quiz

Your ADHD brain breaks the food cycle at a specific point.
This finds it.

6 stages between thinking about food and actually eating.
Your brain stalls at one of them every time.

6 questions. About 2 minutes. Built from a year of ADHD food research.

We built a food waste app. Almost nobody used it except people with ADHD.

So we spent a year asking why. Talking to researchers, practitioners, hundreds of ADHDers.

Turns out there's a whole cycle underneath the food stuff. And your brain is breaking at a specific point in it.

What actually helps
The finding we didn't expect

We kept zooming out. And it got bigger than food.

We started with a food waste app. Almost nobody used it except people with ADHD. The more we dug in, the same patterns kept showing up outside of food. The decision paralysis. The systems that work for 3 days. The knowing what to do but not being able to start.

We're ADHDers too. We recognized all of it because we live it. Once we saw how much bigger it was than food, we couldn't stop pulling at that thread. So we started writing about it every week. Specific stuff. Worksheets, tools, research deep dives. The kind of thing that makes you go "wait, that's not just me?"
